Q: What is your Turn Time?
A: Once payment is received and artwork is approved, production is 5-7 business days.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and money orders.

Q: In what format do I need to send my artwork?
A: We prefer to receive your artwork in vector format, provided in an .EPS file, .PDF file or Adobe Illustrator file. All text should be converted to curves or outlines. If you are unable to send your artwork in one of these formats, please send the highest quality artwork you have available. Our art department works with Adobe Creative Cloud (CC7).
Q: Can you print my picture on my signs?
A: Yes, we can screen print your picture from a high resolution photograph. These orders often require additional artwork and/or fees. Please contact us for more information.
Q: Can you see through your plastic signs?
A: Yes, during certain times of the day shadows are visible. The degree to which this will affect your sign depends largely on the color of your sign, where it's positioned, and the time of day.
Q: Can you put grommets on large road signs?
A: Yes, grommets are available for an additional $.25 per grommet.
Q: How do you ship your orders?
A: The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS. Larger Signs and quantities that exceed UPS size and weight limits will be shipped FedEx Freight.
Q: Do you match prices?
A: Yes, In order for us to match a competitors price you must provide us with the price located in published information such as a catalog or a written quote on our competitors letterhead.
Q: Do you offer any type of discount for re-sellers.
A: Discounts for re-sellers are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a reseller.
